Tommy Mullins is a results-driven executive with extensive experience in the CCaaS and UCaaS industries, currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Service Delivery at Amplix since March 2025. Previously, Tommy held a similar role at InflowCX from October 2016 to March 2025 and has a strong background in project management, demonstrated during tenure at Black Box Network Services where responsibility included overseeing complex communication solution projects exceeding $30 million. Tommy also has experience in product development and sourcing at The Brass-Key, Inc., where successful management contributed to the shipment of $5 million in private label goods. Tommy holds a degree in Humanities with a focus on Business Management from Washington State University.
