Martha Maiorana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in property and commercial law. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Retail Property at Ampol since November 2019, Martha provides strategic legal advice to both the Retail Property Group and M&A Strategy Group, focusing on major capital transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
