Membership Engagement Specialist and Staff Award Liaison at AMPP

Ingrid Furtado has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Beat Reporter at Jornal Estado de Minas in Diarios Associados in 2004. Ingrid later became a Freelance Writer, Journalist, and Reporter in 2009 before working as an LNG Analyst and S&P Global-Latin America Petrochemicals Associated Editor and Market Reporter in S&P Global from 2013 to 2020. After that, they joined AMPP as a Membership Engagement Specialist and Staff Award Liaison in 2020.

Ingrid Furtado has an extensive education history that started in 2001 when they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication from PUC Minas. Ingrid pursued further studies and obtained an English degree from the University of Houston between 2009 and 2010. In 2013, they attended Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) for economics. In 2014, Ingrid pursued Spanish studies at Instituto Cervantes. Ingrid is currently studying for a Master of Science degree in Foresight at the University of Houston within the College of Technology, and their graduation is expected in 2023.
