Sonia Morales PHR SHRM CP

Sonia Morales is a human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 30 years. Sonia'scareer started with an internship at the EEOC-Houston District Office, and they later held roles as a Secretary at MOON'S TRADING/ULTIMATE DISTRIBUTING, a Billing Representative at Prudential Healthcare, and as a Human Resource Representative at 3D/INTERNATIONAL, INC. In their most recent role, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Association for Materials Protection and Performance. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager for Subsea Solutions, and as an HR Manager for Spectrum Engineering, where they oversaw the HR department's deliverables, conducted manager training, developed and updated HR policies and procedures, and ensured compliance with federal and corporate regulations.
