Nadia Shipley

Nadia Shipley currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Snap Inc. since October 2025, supporting HR functions within the HR and CFO organizations. Prior to this role, Nadia held various positions at Relocity, Inc. from June 2020 to October 2025, ranging from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing leave of absence, conducting exit interviews, and streamlining employee onboarding processes. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Parachute Home, RPA, and Club Soba, where Nadia contributed to employee wellness programs and coordinated HR functions. Nadia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Art History from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Los Angeles Valley College.
