Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing our team’s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. This is a highly visible role in which you will collaborate and communicate cross-departmentally.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives.
• Direct and coordinate sales activities.
• Coordinate department projects and meet deadlines.
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Report customer feedback for product improvement and generate ideas about new features or products.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and offerings
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Handling customer inquiries quickly and effectively

Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities

• Represent Amprius at tradeshow and other industry events as-needed
• Performs other job-related responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
