Edgar Kiprop Kosgey, MSc.

Edgar Kiprop Kosgey, MSc. has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Student Technology Consultant at Williams College in 2009. Edgar then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Missouri State University from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Kosgey joined EaglePicher Technologies, LLC, where they initially worked as a Manufacturing Engineer/Material Scientist before transitioning to the role of Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer - Electrode Process. Edgar held these positions until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Kosgey worked at Panasonic Energy of North America as a Cell & Processing Engineer III - Electrode Process. In this role, they played a crucial part in line conversions across various electrode processes and successfully reduced annealing defect rates during new product introduction.

In 2021, Kosgey moved on to join Rivian as a Senior Process Engineer - Cell Electrode, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Kosgey is employed at Amprius Technologies as a Staff Process Engineer - Cathode Electrode.

Edgar Kiprop Kosgey, MSc. started their education at Kapsabet Boys High School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Edgar then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics at Williams College from 2006 to 2010. Moving forward, Edgar obtained a Master's Degree in Material Science from Missouri State University, which they completed in 2014.
