Michael Costa has worked in various roles since 2012. Michael began their career at Best Buy, where they held the roles of Merchandiser and Asset Protection Lead from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Clerk at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Product Specialist at Apple and then a Customer Operations at Zenplace. Since 2018, they have been with AMPTAB, Inc. as the VP of Continuous Improvement, Director of Customer Success, and Customer Support Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for AMP's tools which have evolved from making digital catalogs to replace paper into order writing tools for B2B manufacturers.
Michael Costa attended Las Positas College from 2008 to 2011 and earned an AA in Liberal Arts. Michael then attended Diablo Valley College from 2013 to 2014, studying Digital Arts. Michael then attended California State University - East Bay from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia (Electronic Option). Additionally, they have experience with The Loss Prevention Group.
