Emilia Maysonet

Emilia Maysonet is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Interim Human Resources Director at Ampure since April 2025. Previously, Maysonet worked as an HR Business Partner in Employee Relations at Tagger by Sprout Social from September 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included supporting global employee relations alongside the General Counsel. Prior roles include Senior Manager of People & Talent at Tagger, Talent Acquisition Manager at Hook, and various recruitment positions at Zoic Studios, Adecco, and MotorTrend Group. Maysonet began a career in HR with roles in recruiting coordination and management at Thrive Market and The Black Tux, with early experience at Friar Tux. Maysonet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in Humanities and Behavioral Studies from Pasadena City College.
