Esther Nansubuga

Esther Nansubuga is an accomplished medical student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Leeds, alongside a PhD in Immunology at the University of Manchester. With extensive involvement in various organizations, Esther serves as the Blog Lead and is a member of the Content Sub-committee for the Widening Participation Medics Network. Additionally, Esther holds positions as a Teaching Assistant with Randstad and a General Committee Board Member for the Leeds Medics and Dentist ACS. Other roles include being a Medical Student Member at the American College of Cardiology, a Medical Student Associate at The Royal College of Psychiatrists, an AMR Ambassador at AMR Insights, and a Vice President for the Christian Medical Fellowship. Previous experience includes working as a Healthcare Assistant with Medicall Recruitment and serving as a Care Assistant/Support Worker with STEP AHEAD HOME SERVICES. Esther's academic background is strong, having also earned a Master of Science in Tissue Engineering for Regenerative Medicine from The University of Manchester and excelling in A levels and GCSEs at local schools.
