Andrzej Piotr Klesnicki

Andrzej Piotr Klesnicki has over 15 years of work experience in information security and IT management roles. Andrzej Piotr is currently an IT Director - Strategy & Compliance at AmRest since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director of Information Security at AmRest from October 2017 to January 2020. Before joining AmRest, they worked at Qualys as a Technical Account Manager (CEE) from July 2013 to December 2017, where they were responsible for various aspects of security sales and account management in Central Eastern Europe. Andrzej Piotr also worked as an Auditor at IMNS Polska Sp. z.o.o for a brief period in 2013.

Prior to this, Andrzej held key positions at Euro Bank S.A., including Chief Information Security Officer from October 2011 to June 2013, IT Security Manager from February 2009 to September 2011, and Security Officer from February 2007 to February 2009. Before Euro Bank S.A., they worked as a Consultant at Volvo IT from December 2005 to August 2006, and as an IT Specialist at SMLW Energetyk from May 2005 to December 2005.

Andrzej began their career as a Volunteer at the Faculty of Electronics of Wroclaw University of Technology from October 2002 to June 2005. Through their diverse experience, Andrzej has gained expertise in information security, IT risk management, technology controls, and business development.

Andrzej Piotr Klesnicki received a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
