Roger-Alexandre Galepides is a seasoned professional in quality and food safety management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Responsable Qualité & Sécurité Alimentaire at AmRest since February 2022, Roger-Alexandre has previously held the position of Responsable QHSE at Pomme de Pain, where responsibilities included piloting food safety policy, managing non-conformities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles at E.Leclerc Levallois, KORUS EDITION, and DAC Vision, specializing in QHSE management. Roger-Alexandre holds a Master’s in QSE from KEDGE Business School and various qualifications in quality management and logistics from other institutions.
