Elliott Gwosdy

Elliott Gwosdy currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Amrize since June 2025. Previously, Elliott held various roles at Holcim from June 2019 to June 2025, including Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Legal at SNC-Lavalin Capital from July 2016 to December 2018, focusing on financing for P3 bids and providing advisory services for infrastructure projects. Elliott's career began at Honeywell, where from 2005 to March 2016, attention was dedicated to project finance for public-private partnership transactions, successfully closing over 16 such transactions. Elliott holds an LLB from Western University (1998), an LLM in Banking and Financial Services from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School (2010), an M.A. in International Banking from the University of Reading (1993), and a B.A. in Economics from York University (1992).
