Alcott Germany II

Alcott Germany II is Amrock’s Director of Project Management. He provides vision and strategy to ensure the alignment and execution of company-wide objectives while driving Amrock’s Culture of Innovation initiative, which promotes empowerment and collaboration to create better experiences for team members and clients.

Since joining Amrock in 2012, Alcott has spearheaded multiple diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. He has helped create several programs that advance the conversation of race and inclusion and increased engagement in Amrock’s Team Member Resource Networks, which create opportunities for team members to thrive within the organization.

When he’s not working, Alcott is highly involved in his community. He is a public speaker for several local schools and churches, including Detroit Public Schools and the Fourth Episcopal District. His community involvement efforts seek to highlight the importance of education for young adults.
