Kristine Cholewa

Kristine Cholewa is an accomplished partner at Amrop, a leading global executive search organization, since July 2018. Prior to this role, Kristine served as managing partner at Boyden Global Executive Search from January 2015 until its integration into Amrop. Kristine held a partnership position at Flensby & Partners A/S from August 2006 to July 2014, specializing in executive search and organizational excellence. Kristine's earlier experience includes leadership roles at PA Consulting Group, where responsibilities spanned from managing the Nordic recruitment team to overseeing global recruitment strategies, and as a managing consultant at Korn/Ferry International's Futurestep. Kristine's career in executive search began as an executive search consultant at PA Consulting Group. Academically, Kristine holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in 2013.
