Julie Eastwood

Julie Eastwood has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Julie started their career at Belfast City Council as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed employee relations, employment law, and equal opportunities. Julie then moved on to CCC Network Systems, where they established HR functions for a US technology company. Julie later joined Readymix, where they established HR functions from scratch for a large multi-site organization. Julie continued to build their career as a Human Resources Director at Tricastle Ltd, Oxigen Environmental, TV3 Television Ireland, and Totalmobile Ltd. In their roles, Julie focused on HR strategy, employee relations, restructuring, and partnering with senior leadership teams to support business objectives. Julie is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Amryt Pharma plc.

Julie Eastwood attended the University of Ulster from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Masters Degree in Administration and Law, as well as PG Dip Admin & Law and PG Dip HR Management. Prior to that, they attended Queens University Belfast and the University of Ulster from 1985 to 1988, earning a BA in Business Administration.
