Candace Cimon

Candace Cimon is an experienced packaging engineer and product manager with a diverse background in the food and consumer goods industries. Currently employed at ams OSRAM since September 2025, Candace previously served as a senior product manager at JDE Peet's and Tea Forte, where leadership skills facilitated market growth and successful product launches within the coffee sector. Prior to that, Candace worked at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. for nearly a decade, developing and commercializing over 300 products annually as a packaging development manager. Earlier career roles included director of marketing at Therm O Web and content production manager at Clarity Visual Systems. Candace holds a BA in Fine Arts and Mass Communication from Albion College, earned in 2000.
