Xavier van Esch

Xavier Van Esch is currently the Director of Business Line Operations for Advanced Analog Solutions at ams OSRAM, overseeing operations and product engineering for CMOS image sensors since November 2023. Prior to this role, Xavier served as Product Engineering Director for CMOS Image Sensors at onsemi from April 2022 to November 2023, and held various positions within onsemi from 1999 to 2022, including Director of Automotive Product Engineering and Worldwide Manager of Automotive Product Engineering. Throughout the career, Xavier has managed global product engineering teams, focused on roadmaps and technical coordination, and received the 2014 Employee of the Year Award for significant quality improvements in ASIC products. Previous experience also includes roles at AMI Semiconductor and Alcatel Micro-Electronics, with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where Xavier earned both a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration.
