David Souche

David Souche has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Foundry Sourcing and Management at ams AG since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intel Corporation from 2018 to 2021 as the Director of Account Management, where they managed the company's strategic external manufacturing partner. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Managing Director at Intel Mobile Communications SEA. Before joining Intel, they worked at Infineon Technologies, where they held various roles, including Operation Director of Silicon Foundries accounts from 2009 to 2017 and Operation Manager of Silicon Foundries from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Engineering Manager at Infineon Technologies - Dresden from 2004 to 2006 and as a Process and Integration R&D Manager at Infineon Technologies - Taiwan from 2003 to 2004. David began their career at Altis Semiconductor, where they served as a Process Integration Manager for new technologies from 1998 to 2003.

David Souche began their education in 1990 at CentraleSupélec, where they studied physics. David completed their studies at CentraleSupélec in 1993. Following this, they pursued further education and enrolled at Université Pierre et Marie Curie in 1995. At this institution, they focused on solid-state physics and optics and obtained a PhD in those fields in 1997.
