Darren Hartman

Darren Hartman has a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Darren started their career at Caterpillar as a Software Engineer in Systems and Controls Research from 1997 to 2000. Afterwards, they worked at Rotork Controls Inc. as a Team Leader from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they joined INCOVA Technologies, INC as a Team Leader in the INCOVA Software Group from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Engineering at AMSC, a role they have been in since 2015.
