Carl Beiser has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Carl started their career as a Project Engineer at Brinn Incorporated in 2005 and held this role until 2010. Carl then moved on to Euclid Industries, Inc. where they worked as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, they have been with Amsted Automotive, where they initially served as a Product Applications Engineer until 2015. After that, they became a Technical Business Manager until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Advanced Engineering at Amsted Automotive.

Carl Beiser earned an MBA degree from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, completing their studies in 2005. Additionally, Carl obtained several certificates from various institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in leading innovative change, innovation mentorship, strategic innovation, and negotiations, respectively.
