Jeremy Holt has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies in the automotive industry. Jeremy began their career at Federal Mogul, where they served as the VP of Product Engineering and Marketing for almost two decades. Jeremy then joined Ricardo PLC, where they held various positions such as Executive Director, President of Ricardo NA, and President of Ricardo Software. During their time at Ricardo PLC, Jeremy led the company through a significant growth phase and streamlined operations. Following their tenure at Ricardo PLC, they became the President and CEO of NxtGen Emission Controls, a start-up company focused on utilizing syngas technology for diesel emissions aftertreatment. After NxtGen, they worked at Technology Management Consulting LLC as President, before joining TREMEC as the Global Vice President. Most recently, Jeremy serves as the President of Means Industries, Inc. (Amsted) and the President of Amsted Automotive Group, overseeing several companies within the automotive industry.
Jeremy Holt studied at the University of Bradford from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jeremy then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university from 1984 to 1987, with a focus on Management.
