Rita Seiller

Rita Seiller has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and program management. Rita is currently working as the Global HRIS Program Lead at Amsted Industries, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Burgess-Norton Mfg. Co. from January 2013. Rita had previous experience with the same company as the Director of Human Resources from January 2008 to January 2013. Before joining Burgess-Norton Mfg. Co., Rita worked at AMSTED Industries, where they held the position of Director of People from March 2006 to December 2008. Prior to that, they were the Director of Risk Management at AMSTED Industries from May 2002 to March 2006.

Rita Seiller has a JD degree in Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Rita also holds a BS degree in Business from Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, they attended Lake Forest High School from 1984 to 1987.
