Adam Seale

Adam Seale has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Adam has held various positions at Amsted Rail, including Director of Finance, General Manager/Director of Finance, Materials and Production Planning Manager, Controller, and Plant Controller. In these roles, they have been responsible for financial oversight, managing teams, obtaining licenses, overseeing operations, managing inventory, creating reports, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting audits. Prior to their time at Amsted Rail, Adam worked as an Internal Audit Analyst and Senior Accountant at TransUnion, where they performed accounting activities and internal audits.

Adam Seale completed their education in a series of degrees and certifications. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business in 2002. In the same time period, they also completed a second degree in Accounting and Psychology. Afterward, in 2012-2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Adam Seale further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2017. Additionally, they hold two certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor and Control Self-Assessment, attained from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
