Dru Hayward

Dru Hayward is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing manufacturing and operational processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Amsted Seals since January 2021, Dru oversees corporate goals at six locations globally, handling P&L responsibility for $55 million in annual revenue. Prior roles include General Manager at Inno-Spin, where Dru successfully launched a joint venture and implemented automotive programs, and General Manager at UKM Transit Products, achieving significant improvements in gross margin and operational efficiency. Dru has also held positions at Reeb Millwork, Lehigh Valley Plastics, Chrysler LLC, American Axle & Manufacturing, and Visteon, with a strong focus on lean operations and process improvements throughout a diverse career, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from Purdue University.
