The Company's activities are divided in four segments: Spices and Nuts, Edible Seeds, Tea and Food Ingredients. Its main trading subsidiaries are: Catz International BV, involved in the trade and distribution of spices, nuts and dried fruits; Van Rees Group BV, active in the tea market; Red River Commodities Inc, based in the United States and active in the field of sourcing, processing and distribution of confectionary seeds; SIGCO Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH, a German company providing confectionary seeds and nuts; TEFCO EuroIngredients BV, supplying food ingredients; Snick EuroIngredients NV (Belgium), providing natural food ingredients; and KingNuts & Raaphorst BV, a supplier of nuts and rice crackers. The Company is present in more than 90 countries, including in the United States, Germany, China, India Egypt, Kenya and Russia.

The current executive team at ACOMO has experience working in various industries, including commodities, flavors and fragrances, and ingredients. They have also worked for companies such as Amsterdam Commodities N.V., International Flavors & Fragrances, and Cargill.
