Maarten Edixhoven

Maarten Edixhoven has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since October 2021, Maarten serves as Chair of the Management Board at Van Lanschot Kempen. Maarten has been a Member of the Board of Advisors at Amsterdam UMC - Alzheimer Center Amsterdam since January 2017. Previously, Maarten held key positions including Member of the Management Board at VNO-NCW, Vice Chairman of the Management Board at the Dutch Association of Insurers, and Chairman of the Board at Aegon Nederland. Maarten has also contributed to non-profit initiatives, serving on the boards of De Nederlandse Uitdaging and Stichting Micropensioen Ontwikkelingslanden. Maarten's earlier career includes roles as General Manager at Zwitserleven and Head of Corporate Compliance at ING Group N.V. Maarten's educational background includes advanced programs at Nyenrode Business University, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Master's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
