Kimberly Franks has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kimberly started their career at PracticeNet Medical Division as a Partner and Consultant in 1993 before moving on to Network Health Ventures as an MD Liaison Administrator in 1989. In 1995, they founded Analysis & Implementation Services and served as President and CEO until 1998. Kimberly then joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an Administrative Officer from 1998 to 2002. Kimberly continued their career at digiChart as a Sr. Clinical Systems Analyst from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as an Administrator at Lebanon Eye Assoc dba The Eye Center. In 2008, they joined AMSURG Corp. as the Vice President of IT for Insight ASC and Practice Solutions. In 2016, they served as the Immediate Past Board President for All About Women. Kimberly'smost recent role was as a Marketing Committee Member at Leadership Health Care Group from 2018 to 2019.
Kimberly Franks completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Psychology at Kent State University, from 1991 to 1996. Kimberly then went on to pursue an MBA at Lipscomb University, specializing in Healthcare Administration and Leadership, from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Kimberly also obtained certifications in Healthcare User Interface Design from AMIA - University of Texas at Houston in September 2014 and ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from EXIN in August 2013.
