Sakina Webb has extensive experience in healthcare operations and billing management, having held several leadership roles. At RWJBarnabas Health from April 2013 to December 2019, Sakina led a team of 7 Administrators in Billing and Registration within the Burn Unit, overseeing key operational functions and establishing agreements with out-of-network insurance carriers. Following that, Sakina served as Billing Manager at ORBCOMM in 2019, where a team of 6 Billing Specialists was guided to enhance billing workflows and increase transaction production. Prior experience includes working as Claims Supervisor at Healthfirst from 2011 to 2013, managing 60 Claims Examiners and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
