Wim Baars

Wim Baars is an experienced professional in the medical equipment field, currently serving as a Projectmanager and Productiemanager at AMT Medical since August 2022. Prior to this role, Wim worked as a Docent and BPV coördinator at Leidse instrumentmakers School from August 2014 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a productspecialist at Olympus from January 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included training healthcare professionals on the use of medical equipment. Wim began the career as an instrumentmaker at Instrumek from June 1998 to December 2005, focusing on the production of medical prototypes using CNC-controlled machines. Education includes completion of the Leidse instrumentmakers opleiding as an Instrumentmaker following mavo studies.
