Allison Konrath, CPA, CEP

Allison Konrath, CPA, CEP has an extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Allison currently holds the position of Corporate Controller at Amtech Systems Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Controller at the same company from March 2017 to March 2019.

Before joining Amtech Systems Inc., Allison worked as a Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting at RiceBran Technologies from May 2016 to March 2017. Allison also served as a SEC Reporting Manager at Insight from May 2012 to May 2016.

Allison has also held the position of Corporate Accounting Manager at ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC from June 2010 to May 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Ajilon Consulting from December 2009 to June 2010.

Before joining Ajilon Consulting, Allison worked as a Financial (SEC) Reporting Manager at COMSYS from December 2006 to November 2009. Allison also served as a Financial Reporting Manager at Apollo Group from February 2005 to December 2006. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Apollo Group from April 2000 to February 2005. Additionally, they held the position of Financial Coordinator at Apollo Group from June 1999 to April 2000.

Allison began their career as an Accounts Payable Auditor at Phoenix Audit Recoveries from March 1996 to April 1999. Allison also worked as a Document Clerk at Desert Document Services, Inc. from August 1997 to October 1997.

Throughout their career, Allison has gained valuable experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, corporate accounting, and technical accounting. Allison has also been involved in various financial analysis and auditing roles.

Allison Konrath, CPA, CEP completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1995 to 1999. In December 2002, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Arizona. Later in November 2009, Allison earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification from the Leavey School of Business and Administration.
