Kelli Harrigan

Kelli Harrigan has a wealth of professional experience, beginning with their role as a Consular Assistant at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow in 1991. Kelli then went on to serve as Vice President of Operations at Spectrum Communication Services, Inc. from 1995 to 2011. During this time, they were also Conference Chair/Past-President and President/Board of Directors at NAEO from 2011 to 2014. Kelli then worked as a Contact Center Manager at Stericycle Communication Solutions from 2014 to 2019, followed by their role as Operations Manager at MAP Communications from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at Amtelco since 2021.

Kelli Harrigan received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990 with a major in Russian Studies and Journalism and a minor in Russian and Journalism.
