Lisa Dykstra, SHRM-CP has worked in various accounting and human resources roles since 1999. Lisa began their career as a Bookkeeper at Farmers State Bank in 1999, where they were responsible for daily and monthly balancing of Bank financials, creating and updating customer accounts, and processing and closing Bank financials on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. In 2005, they moved to Adams Transit Inc as a Payroll Clerk, where they were responsible for recording and processing monthly purchases, processing bi-weekly payroll for drivers, and filing 1099's for vendors. From 2006-2008, they worked at Tri-North Builders Inc as an Accounts Payable, where they were responsible for recording and processing daily material and general invoices, weekly pay runs of processed vendors, and filing 1099's for vendors. In 2008, they moved to Associated Training Services Inc as an Accountant, where they were responsible for full accounting for all schools located throughout the United States, and month end procedures and financial statements for all affiliated subsidiaries. From 2010-2013, they worked at Laser Link Golf as an Office Manager/Senior Account Manager. Finally, from 2013-2015, they worked at Animart - Madison Pet Store as an Accounting Manager. In 2015, they moved to Amtelco, where they worked as an HR & Accounting Manager, responsible for full cycle accounting managing AR and AP, budget and cost accounting, and managing a Payroll Clerk and full cycle reporting for local, multi-state, and federal.
Lisa Dykstra, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Herzing University in 2013 and an Associate in Accounting from Moraine Park Technical Beaver in 2008. In February 2018, they obtained their SHRM-Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
