Rachel Powell

Rachel Powell has extensive experience in auditing and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Auditor Lead at Amtrak OIG since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing audit programs, collecting and analyzing data, and drafting impactful reports. Concurrently, Rachel works as a Real Estate Agent at Delta Exclusive Realty, specializing in transactions across multiple counties and maintaining in-depth knowledge of local real estate trends. Previous roles include President of the International Security and Economic Policy Council and Economic Development Intern for Prince George's County, alongside earlier positions in campaign organizing and student government. Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on International Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
