Shannon Briggs

Shannon Briggs is an experienced information technology auditor currently working with Amtrak OIG since October 2024, following a position as Senior Information Technology Auditor at RMA Associates, LLC from October 2022 to September 2024. Additionally, Shannon has been a Professional Cheerleader for the Washington Commanders since May 2021 and previously served as an Academic Program Specialist at the University of Maryland Global Campus, focusing on customer service and transcript processing. Early career experience includes roles at Kaizo Health, where Shannon was the Director of Community Relations and a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant, and as a Washington Valorettes Cheerleader for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and attended Auburn University.
