Dave Wruck

Dave Wruck has over 30 years of work experience, with a wide range of roles and responsibilities. Dave started their career as a Software Developer at NASD and transitioned to a Senior Software Engineer at NASDAQ, where they worked on multiple projects. Dave then joined Thomson Financial as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on performance testing and tuning. After that, they became an Application Architect and Technical Lead at the National Association of Securities Dealers, where they managed a team and developed a matter tracking application.

Dave then worked as a Technical Project Manager at FINRA, successfully managing the development of desktop task management systems using various technologies. Dave also worked at Amtrak as a Solution Architect and Senior Technical Project Manager, developing enterprise content management solutions and implementing an enterprise Documentum platform.

Dave also has experience as a Senior Principal Consultant at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and as a President and Principal Software Engineer at Creative Media Software Corp., where they provided enterprise computer services and developed software solutions.

Currently, Dave is working at Amtrak as the Senior Director Fleet Technology, overseeing the IT program for the delivery of IT services for new fleet initiatives. Dave has a diverse range of experience in architecture, development, project management, and consulting.

Dave Wruck completed their Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering at Iowa State University from 1983 to 1986. Dave then pursued a Master of Science Degree in Business at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1993 to 1995.
