Justin Concepcion

Justin Concepcion is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the transportation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Project Manager at Amtrak since April 2021, Justin has previously held the position of Principal Project Manager. Prior to Amtrak, Justin worked at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey as a Project Manager for the PATH rail transit system from January 2018 to April 2021. Justin began his career at PSEG, progressing from Engineer to Staff Engineer from June 2012 to January 2018. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
