Kyla Ramsey-Magby has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kyla most recently served as a Lead Compensation Analyst at Amtrak starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation Analyst at Volta Charging from January 2022 to August 2022. From July 2017 to January 2022, they served as a Compensation Consultant at Keating Advisors. Additionally, they gained experience in the hospitality industry, working at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in different roles such as Event Planning Assistant from March 2017 to March 2018, Assistant Event Services Manager at Hamburger University from March 2016 to March 2017, Food and Beverage Outlets Supervisor from September 2015 to March 2016, and Food Service Worker from October 2014 to September 2015.

Kyla Ramsey-Magby holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Hospitality Management from the International Hotel Management Institute, which they completed in 2013.
