Lisa Paradis, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa has worked in various roles with different companies.

Lisa began their career at the Ft. Irwin Non-Commissioned Officers Club as a Business Manager, overseeing a restaurant facility serving thousands of soldiers and their families.

Following that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at the Defense Language Institute, where they assisted in capital expenditure and IR&D requests for strategic business units and companies.

Lisa then joined DRS Technologies as an Associate Manufacturing Cost Analyst, preparing Earned Value reports for major weapons systems programs and analyzing actual work performed against budgets. Lisa also served as a Business and Planning Analyst, responsible for analyzing budget divergence and providing recommendations for program performance improvement.

Lisa continued their career at Boeing as a Business and Planning Analyst, conducting cost and price analyses using statistical tools and historical data. Lisa later became an Integrated Scheduler, leading a team and implementing a new schedule performance evaluation tool, resulting in cost savings of approximately $104,000 in the first budget year. Lisa also worked as an EVM Analyst, focused on EVM analysis and reporting.

Most recently, Lisa joined Amtrak as a Lead Project Controls Specialist, where they are currently working.

Lisa Paradis, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix in 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the same institution between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, Lisa pursued a field of study in Federal procurement at the DEFENSE ACQUISITION UNIVERSITY in 2006.
