Louis Wolfowitz

Louis Wolfowitz has a vast work experience in the field of real estate and investment banking. Louis is currently serving as the VP of Real Estate & Commercial Development at Amtrak since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Savills North America as the Senior Managing Director of the Capital Markets Group from March 2017 to November 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at Cushman & Wakefield from 2004 to 2017. Louis has also worked in senior roles at GE Capital, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Smith Barney, and Merrill Lynch, gaining expertise in business development and real estate investment banking.

Louis Wolfowitz has an A.B. in Economics from Vassar College, which they earned between 1982 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Stuyvesant High School from 1978 to 1982. Louis also pursued an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, completing it between 1988 and 1990. Louis had their primary education at Birch Wathen from 1972 to 1978.
