Lukasz Bogdanowicz

Lukasz Bogdanowicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent position was as a Principal Data Scientist at Amtrak, starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an Operations Research Analyst/ Data Scientist. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting staffing requirements, developing staffing models, formulating analytic responses, and improving biometric match rates. From 2015 to 2018, Lukasz worked as a Business/Data Analyst at Constellation Inc, where they directed analytics for the National Resiliency Taskforce and modeled staffing and wait times. Lukasz previously worked at the FDA as a Management Analyst from 2012 to 2015, where they simplified processes, analyzed data, and served as project manager for various committees. Prior to that, they had internship roles at the U.S. Treasury and International Diagnostic Solutions. Lukasz also worked as a Technician at MB Turnkey Design from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Lukasz held leadership positions at Rutgers University Programming Association and was a Senior Lab member at Dr. John R. Aiellos Social-Organizational Lab.

Lukasz Bogdanowicz received a BA in Honors Psychology and Economics from Rutgers University in 2011. Lukasz then pursued and obtained an MA in Organizational Sciences - Organizational Management from The George Washington University in 2013. In 2014, they furthered their education by earning a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Contract Officer Representaive (COR) II from the Federal Acquisition Institute and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in the same year.
