Melanie Stinson is a marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and digital marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Strategy & Development at Amtrak since September 2025, Stinson is responsible for transforming the company into a modern hospitality powerhouse by unifying the brand across all levels. Prior positions include Vice President of Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations at Arch Amenities Group, where Stinson developed scalable systems for over 250 properties, and Director of Marketing Efficiency & Enablement at GE Healthcare, leading global marketing operations during the company's spin-off. Stinson has also held marketing roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, University of Rochester Medical Center, and Butler/Till, along with early career positions at Spectrum Reach. Stinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Communication and Media Arts from Monroe Community College.
