Olivier Hecht

Olivier Hecht has extensive work experience in various roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in product management, operations, and process engineering. Olivier has held senior leadership positions in companies such as Amtrak, BraveRifle Ventures LLC, and Capital One. At Capital One, they directed the product strategy for a portfolio of enterprise risk management products and led multiple product teams. Olivier also initiated new products and features, oversaw change management, and spearheaded business transformation plans. Prior to Capital One, Olivier served as a CEO/Owner of Handyman Matters of Central Virginia and held positions in Circuit City Stores, Inc. as the Director of Business Performance Management and as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt. Olivier also worked in the US Army as a Lieutenant/Captain.

Olivier Hecht obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Regis University. Olivier also holds a certification in Product Management and Strategy from The Wharton School, which was obtained in the year 2023.
