Phillip Arnheim is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in market research and consumer insights. Currently serving as the Senior Market Research Manager at Amtrak since 2022, Arnheim previously held key positions at TOMY International, ExxonMobil, Asian Metal, and the Peace Corps. At TOMY International, Arnheim led consumer marketing and insights programs, developing predictive consumer demand models. During time at ExxonMobil, Arnheim managed a $40M marketing budget and launched a brand incubator to innovate in emerging technologies.
