Brandon Pattison

Brandon Pattison serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Counsel at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since November 2023, focusing on global compliance areas such as anti-bribery, data privacy, and policy management. Prior to this role, Brandon worked at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US as Managing Counsel, overseeing a global compliance program for a SaaS provider. At Arrow Electronics, Brandon held the position of Director of Legal Affairs, acting as a global compliance subject matter expert and managing various compliance initiatives. Brandon began his legal career as a Corporate Attorney at Ball Corporation, handling employment litigation and compliance matters. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder.
