Robert Arnot

Robert Arnot is an experienced insurance professional with a comprehensive background in product development and management, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since June 2018. Previous roles include independent consulting at Ryan Specialty Group, where product development and underwriting direction were provided for new initiatives, and multiple key positions at CNA Insurance over a span of twelve years, including AVP of Product Development and Director of Specialty Lines Product Management. Robert also led the redesign of small business products at Kemper Insurance and contributed to the development of new policies and training programs at Continental Insurance. Robert holds a degree from Susquehanna University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
