Randy Elkins

Randy Elkins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial services and legal advising. Currently serving as Senior VP of the Commercial Services Division at AmTrust Title since January 2017, Randy has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence across Texas and overseeing the National Commercial Division. In addition to this position, Randy is an Advisory Board Member at Petro.ai, where innovative data solutions are developed, and founder of Coastal Mosquito Control, LLC, which has successfully grown into a network of over 400 dealers. As the founder and owner of Commerce Funding Group, LLP, Randy manages diverse private equity investments across multiple industries. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Counsel at Stewart Title Company and Special Counsel at HughesWattersAskanase, where Randy provided legal and business counsel for real estate transactions. Early legal career highlights include co-founding Elkins & Yount, PC, a prominent Houston law firm, and its merger into Baker & Hostetler. Randy holds a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
