Chef Hitesh Kasera is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Corporate Chef at Amul (GCMMF) since December 2023, focusing on team building and leadership within the kitchen. Previously, as Culinary Head for New Product Development at Patidar Exports Pvt. Ltd. from July 2023 to December 2023, Chef Hitesh played a pivotal role in launching new frozen products and maintaining their quality. Experience includes serving as Deputy Manager in New Product Development at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. and Head Chef in R&D and NPD at Haldiram Foods International Ltd., where Chef Hitesh developed a diverse range of products, including various types of parathas and innovative packaging solutions. With a culinary career spanning over a decade in prestigious establishments such as bistrocafeandfastfood and various Marriott properties, Chef Hitesh possesses a solid foundation in kitchen management and menu development, underpinned by formal training in hotel management from Apeejay School.
