Clare Zhao

Clare Zhao has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Clare is currently serving as the Head of China Business at Amundi since October 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Vanguard where they held various positions including General Manager of WFOE and Head of Institution & Intermediary Sales for China/HK from January 2017 to October 2020. Clare also served as the Head of China, Institutional Business at Vanguard from March 2012 to January 2017. Before joining Vanguard, Clare worked as a Sales Manager at Value Partners Limited from March 2011 to March 2012. Clare also gained experience at Persistent Asset Management Limited as an Executive from March 2010 to March 2011. Clare started their career in the finance industry as a Sales Associate at BNP Paribas from August 2007 to March 2010. Clare also worked as a Sales Associate at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking from January 2005 to August 2007.

Clare Zhao completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Beijing Institute of Technology, from the years 2001 to 2005. In 2018 and 2019, they also participated in the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
