Fares M. Ben Cheikh

Fares M. Ben Cheikh has extensive work experience in the field of IT and finance. From 2013 to the present, they have worked at Amundi in various roles. Currently, they are the Head of IT Responsible Investments, where they are responsible for overseeing IT operations related to investments. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner for a portfolio design tool and as a Business Architect on internal projects. Fares M. also worked as a Software Engineer at Amundi, where they designed and maintained a reporting tool for product and activity follow-up. Before joining Amundi, Fares worked at SunGard Global Services as a Software Engineer, where they developed a front office internal tool to assist asset managers. Fares M. also completed an internship at Amadeus. Throughout their career, Fares has demonstrated expertise in project management, business analysis, and various technologies and tools such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Excel, and VBA.

Fares M. Ben Cheikh has a strong education background in the field of IT and Risk Engineering. Fares M. obtained their A-Levels in Mathematics in 2004-2005. Fares M. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Fares enrolled at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, where they obtained an Engineer degree majoring in IT from 2007 to 2010. Concurrently, they also pursued a Master's degree in Risk Engineering from Toulouse INP, completing it within the same timeframe.
